Individuals who have mastered the art of troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing computers can be in high demand in today's workplace. As technology keeps evolving, Our diploma and associate's degree programs in PC Support can help you keep up with it.

Our PC Support program will introduce you to the features and functions of Microsoft Windows as well as installation protocol and troubleshooting techniques for PC operating systems and computer hardware. You will then learn the essentials of network design, networking operations and common problem solving techniques, while aiding in the preparation for the A+ and Network+ Certification examinations.

Our PC Support program is designed to teach you, in a hands-on environment, the essentials of:

  • PC operating systems
  • Networking
  • Help Desk Concepts

This program teaches students to install, troubleshoot and configure Microsoft Windows Professional and Server editions. Plus, you'll learn integrated communications, critical thinking and analytical skills to teach you how to interact with clients and fellow employees.
