Computer networking and security specialists are among the most sought after IT professionals. Network and systems administrators manage computer networks and systems. They make sure that the links between computers, software, servers, printers and other equipment are working properly. It is the responsibility of network and systems administrators to keep the flow of information between computers smooth, safe and effortless for end users--people who use the individual computers that are part of the larger network. In our modern era, no business can reasonably function without a network administrator, network technicians or computer support specialists. Almost all employers, including large corporations, startups, growing companies and non-profit organizations, have networking positions that need to be filled.
