Associate of Science in Computer Graphics & Design
The AS in Computer Graphics and Design program at Keiser
University has a comprehensive curriculum that provides the
knowledge of visual communication as a commercial art and the
practical computer and professional skills required for
entry-level graphic designer positions. Acquisition of computer
application skills, graphic design theory, methodology and
professional practice is equally emphasized.
Students begin the program with an introductory course which
familiarizes them with the technology of contemporary
computer-based graphic design, as well as a strong grounding of
the theory and practice of graphic design as a commercial art.
The other courses in the program each concentrate on one aspect
of commercial graphic design and the computer applications
typically used. Specialties covered in the program include
illustration, photo-manipulation, page layout, 3D modeling and
animation, digital video and sound editing, multimedia authoring
and electronic publishing including webpage design.

field of network administration with an emphasis in security
support. The program is geared towards exposing students to
