The Microsoft Systems management program offers globally recognized skill certifications in the use of Microsoft Office desktop business applications. Certify your productivity and become a Microsoft Office specialist.

The highest level of Microsoft Office certification is obtained by taking all expert level exams for four core Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Our ten-week program provides training with the goal of obtaining Microsoft Office Expert certification in the four core applications. The College of Westchester is a Microsoft Systems Management Platinum Authorized Testing Center.

The multimedia technology program provides students with the latest hardware and software knowledge to gain skills in computer graphics, web design, animation, digital illustration, imaging and video technology to acquire solid career opportunities in the multimedia technology field.

CW's multimedia program is designed to prepare aspiring digital graphic artists, illustrators, web designers, animators and video/audio specialists through technical skill-building and portfolio development. Students gain hands-on experience using software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, Flash, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Digital FX, Mac Final Cut Pro and much more.

Also, CW students have the opportunity to work with the latest and greatest in computer technology! Our sleek and stylish labs contain Mac and Dell workstations featuring flat-panel monitors. Allowing our students to work with these high-performance machines will provide them with a cross-platform of skills and knowledge, making them more marketable in a highly competitive industry.

The Computer Applications Management program prepares students for various professional level employment opportunities in the rapidly expanding information processing and office technology fields. Graduates possess skills in a wide array of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, FrontPage, and Publisher. With a variety of business and computer electives, you will possess the tools to enhance your career in today's highly technical workplace environment. Students may also pursue Microsoft Office Specialist Certification.
