Diploma - Network Support Technician

Institute of Technology's Network Support Technician program is designed to provide a high standard of computer support training. In California, there are thousands of opportunities in the computer and technology field, especially for highly trained graduates of computer technician schools.

Upon completion of Institute of Technology's computer technician program, you will be one of those trained individuals. Institute of Technology's Network Support Technician program provides the knowledge needed to troubleshoot, configure and install components common to most computer systems, networks and software programs.

The computer support training also teaches students to construct wired and wireless local area networks (LANs) in accordance with A+ and Network+ certification standards. The classroom instruction will also cover computer/networking theory, including practical hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining computer and networking equipment.
